I lead the Private Equity and M&A practice and help dozens of PE firms, institutional investors and family offices with commercial diligence, sell-side support, and portfolio strategy.
My team supports approximately 75 transactions per year across a range of sectors (particular SaaS, industrials, business-enabled services and consumer goods).
